The Aspiring Leaders Program at IPS provides quality content, hands-on training, mentorship, and coaching to prepare high-potential teachers and assistant principals for future school leadership roles. Participants engage in a year-long cohort designed to develop school leadership skills and are given strong consideration for administrative roles and temporary assignments.
