Proving What’s Possible also tells the stories of real IPS teachers, showcasing genuine experiences and perspectives on what it’s like to work in the district and classrooms.

Teacher Leadership
Teacher Leadership is critical to realizing our vision for students and our success. As such, we are committed to identifying opportunities to elevate teacher voice, expand teacher impact, and recognize our teachers through additional leadership roles and additional compensation. Teacher Leaders take on additional roles within their schools or district to help drive change for their schools and the district.
